Create a New Customer Account
By creating a Customer account you`ll be able to access:
CLICK & COLLECT
1. Place your order online.
Add your items in the basket as normal, but when placing your order choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options.
2. Choose a store
Enter your postcode to find your nearest store, or select your preferred store from the drop down list and submit.
3. Complete Order.
Follow the rest of the checkout process to complete your order.
4. Email Confirmation.
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email to confirm your order is placed. We'll then show you when you can expect your order to be ready. Once you’ve confirmed your order, we’ll send you a "Ready For Collection" email. (This is a separate email from your order confirmation.) If it is a paid click & collect order, once you receive a ready for collection email, you can collect within 7 days. Any uncollected orders will be refunded back to you.

Click & Collect lets you buy online, and collect in store. This means you can get your goods quicker, without any delivery charge!
How does Click & Collect work?
Here's how it works:
During checkout, choose Click & Collect and select your store.
Once you’ve confirmed your order, we’ll send you a "Ready For Collection" email. (This is a separate email from your order confirmation.)
Bring your ID and order number to the store and pick up your items.
Look for the “Click & Collect” point in store, or ask one of our friendly staff.

How do I know when my parcel is ready to collect?
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and your order number, which you will need to pick up your parcel.
Do I need ID to collect my parcel?
Any proof of identification can be supplied , also simply bring your order number or confirmation email.
Can I change the store I'm collecting from after I've purchased something?
No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.
